I understand from the Debian packagers than NumExpr does not yet work with Python 3 – cf. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=683954 – given there is a python-numexpr package in Python, there should be a python3-numexpr package, but this is dependent on NumExpr working with Python 3.
