What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch neap 2. Watch as Python complains about mixed tabs and spaces

Specifically, I found tabs on lines 299, 304, 514, 658, 660, 661. This is motly a simple fix, just replace all tabs with four spaces, and fix a few bad indents (the try statement on line 299, for example).
