Introduction
Using The 64 bit proof-of-concept with this modem .
As you know ndiswrapper may only load 32 bit ".sys" driver on 32 bit system.
And can not load 32 bit ".sys" driver on 64 bit system
Details
This is accomplished trough virtual mashine.
On 64 bit host is first started virtual mashine that has small "slax" live-cd as guest.
Inside live cd ,after initiating connection , ADSL line is bridged directly to host.(this is done automatically ,no user intervention required)
After this PPPoE (broadband connextion) must be set-up on host using virtual adaptor as carrier.

Note
It seems this is too complicated for every day usage. Memory requirement is about 768MB ~ 1GB RAM.
(hoever it does work...)
There may be problems getting USB pass-trough for diferent distributions.
Read virtualbox help document for hints how to do it.
note: use winrar or unrar on linux to unpack 3-part ISO image
http://www.rarlab.com/rar_add.htm
note: also may be used on windows 64 or mac-intel or solaris
note: download virtualbox non-OSE or vmware-player for your system (linux 64 or windows 64 or mac)
note: in ISO are also included drivers for conexant and eagle-usb modems (sagem f@st 800)
Troubleshooting
On linux systems try to add your username to group called "usb".
On windows systems use vmware player.
When first started, virtualbox and vmware players
start spawning popup notifications as help to first time users
which may be confusing if you are actualy first time using it.
