Prices can be scraped from multiple sources instead of just magictraders.com and displayed nicely

I was going to submit this as a problem of its own, but I feel it actually fits nicely here.

It looks like magictraders.com doesn't have pricing for any of 2012 yet. Not sure what other sites have easily parsed data, though.

I implemented price scraping in my branch, from TCGPlayer.com. It now displays low/med/high prices in a dialog, which is much nicer than launching a browser. It could still scrape from more sources though

Working on official API access from TCGPlayer, will be done later today. This issue doesn't need to be open
