mtg-familiar - issue #41

Add a ChangeLog that appears the first time starting the program after an update

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Update MTG Familiar to the totally awesome 1.1 update 2. See all the great changes that we've made! Woohoo! 3. After hitting back to dismiss it, never have it popup again (unless we add a button to View ChangeLog)
