Nesting preferences

Preferenes are getting huge; try nesting them.

Yoink!

Just did this and checked it in. It was pretty simple reorganization of the preferences.xml file, nothing more. If anyone doesn't like the way I grouped things, we can change them around.

Nested preferences are nice, but the actionbar is not shown in preference submenus
