Picture Loading Blocks UI Thread

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Search for a card 2. Press the menu key 3. Press the card image button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The card's image loads, but the UI thread is blocked. This needs to be fixed.

Fixed, improved image quality too
