I would love there to be a feature in the admin config panel to allow you to create an "upload request" link that generates a link that I can then send to a client, and when they click on it, they are presented with a page that allows them to upload files to me. No authentication should be required. The link can be specific to each request so that you can add some text in the page specifying what to upload.

Actually you can do that. With share plugin, you can share files and folders to anyone, either with no auth required, with password protection, or with private access (any logged in user).

With files sharing means download, but for folders sharing allows uploading to the shared folder.
