On my laptop (ubuntu linux) I'm finding that the apache request_rec's request headers are always NULL in the output filter. This is different from the behavior on my desktop (also ubuntu linux).

In both cases I'm running apache 2.2.8.

On the laptop I have a minimal module configuration (disabled all optional modules) so it could be that some other module is causing the headers to get populated on my desktop.
