What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Preferred output would be to see only one pdf containing diagnostic plots. However, the diagnostic plots from onefile=FALSE still remain following the second NONR call using the same control stream. Only one unique set of diagnostic plots should exist per NONR call.

Under the current paradigm, there is too much naming flexibility to do solve this problem safely. Precaution is left to the user.
