PLOTR should allow for a user defined R script in its set of arguments to allow the user to generate non-standard diagnostic or covariate plots following a successful NONMEM run.

Posted on May 27, 2009 by Happy BearPLOTR now accepts epilog, but never gets it from NONR/runmsge, because it is run independently there.
