Poison Letter Handling

Please have a basic implementation of Poison Letter Handling that moves it to a specified poison letter queue.

What would be a good default? The current queue name + "_poison"?

Off of the MessageContext there is a MarkPoison method. You have to handle the logic yourself but I see that as a good thing. v2 will have some smart handling. cheers -d
