Encode MIME headers for non ascii characters as per RFC2047

Currently if non-ascii characters are used in subject, To or in any header, they might show up as strange garbled characters.

i have same problem with Persian characters in subject.any solution ?

my mail client is THUNDERBIRD (version is in attached picture) my os is Linux mint 14 cinnamon 64bit mailsend v1.17b12 (Unix)
