Please specify what application server are you using, what parameters do you add to the JVM, and where do you specify these parameters.

I've not worked with sun one version 7 before.

According to the documentation, you should open console, select your server and click on 'JVM Settings tab' like shown here: http://lh4.ggpht.com/__gdII9J2aOQ/SX8msBssgoI/AAAAAAAAA6A/uU3Xe8nh4zI/SunONE-1.gif

Here you can add jTracert JVM options.

Please also note, that Java 1.5+ is required for using jTracert

Hi Dmitry, I am not seeing any output with java 1.5 and weblogic 9.2. I am trying to use rollout as the regular expression, which is part of every class I am trying to capture in the sequence diagram. No output, I am using the gui to set the folder and regex.
