Add a checkbox in the toolbar to switch on/off the graph directed flag

added in r152 we use a toggle button (without state), because a checkbox would need to be updated whenever the directed/undirected option changes. Which could happen from API, by selecting a template, and possibly more. We lack an events mechanism to achieve that.
