What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Go to modal view http://minid.net/iphone/button-panels.html# 2. Decrease size of window so that the webpage is more than one page long. 3. Click on the Show Panel button to display the buttons overlay 4. Scroll to the bottom of the page

What is the expected output? I expect the user not to be able to scroll, or the modal page is always on the bottom of the page.

What do you see instead? The modal page stays at the same location. So when you scroll down, you can scroll away from the modal page. Looks awkward
