Simplify and update the menu

Please describe the desired enhancement

The menu at the top-left of the gui should open the user manual, the web page, and a text box showing the version number. The version number should exist in one place. Right now it must exist in two places because the gui title bar says iMRMC 2.3, but the menu says iMRMC 2.0.
