imrmc - issue #2

Remove the "Format Info" button

I would prefer the user to describe the format info in one place only, the user manual. I do not want to have to update the content in this button. Please remove this button.

Select input method "Input Raw Data..." Format Button appears, needs to follow: ftp://taxp2.cdrh.fda.gov/imrmc/userguide.pdf

GUInterface.java (Handler for "Format Info" button) changed (lines ) to fix the problem. Now it navigates to www.google. Because "ftp://taxp2.cdrh.fda.gov/imrmc/userguide.pdf" does not lead anywhere. Please check.
