Here are ja-JP localizing patch and message table for HF1.7. The patch includes: Files for localizing labels and messages in en-US and ja-JP. Multi bytes character selection for console out. Snapshot's filter list moved to snapshot's toolber.

All the messages and labels are defined in ec2ui.dtd, ec2ui.properties so you can localize HF easily into other languages.
