Output: Command "nekoc" can not be found. Error : Neko compilation failure

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Beta3 on Windows Vista Home Premium

Please provide any additional information below. I have installed haxde as Administrator via win installer

Please install Neko as well from http://nekovm.org , and check that "neko" (should be installed with haXe in c:\program_files\motion-twin\neko) is in the PATH.
