What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. It is relative hard to update framework 2. Developers with various projects would decide and is deciding not to use this because autoupdate featre is not active 3. If you allow usage of this framework throught google code (like prototype does) every time you update your framework every people using it will automaticly get updates.
