Add unit tests

I made a simple unit test, which bases on the example in the wiki. Maybe you would like to add it.

I've pulled in the test cases, and modified them to work with 1.1 code. Also, had to munge some names, etc to make it work with the gwt-maven-plugin.

Status: Fixed
