An R Wrapper for the GSRad Solar Radiation Project

GSRad is a cross-platform component containing routines to calculate daily and hourly values of extra-terrestrial and ground-level global solar radiation. GSRad is implemented in .NET and Java. This GSRad-R is an R library to wrap the GSRad Java code in R to make the functionality of GSRad available easily to R users.
