using cancelHandler instead of ignoreHandler for contextListener_ has the advantage of being able to inspect the infoBox on right click... see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8633279/ - invaluable during build - still prevents propagation of click event up to the map if desired - infobox now behaves like a normal infowindow
