fofix - issue #1204

Guitar Hero Drum Suppot in FoFix 4.0

FoFix don't have support for Guitar Hero Drum just Rock Band Drum that only have 4 buttons,and in Newest Guitar Hero Drum have 5 buttons. Can somebody that work hard in FoFix can add it in FoFix. Add in controller select: Guitar Hero Drum Style And Rock Band Drum Style. Please add it in FoFix 4.0 it's is basic
