flyback - issue #95

Out of Memory Exception at End of Backup

Posted on Nov 2, 2010 by Happy Bird

Running FlyBack 6.5.1 for the first time on Ubuntu 10.10.

Towards the end of the backup, I got a malloc failure and an exception is thrown. However, the exception doesn't seem to be caught properly and FlyBack just sits there. : create mode 100644 xplicence $ GIT_DIR="/media/BigDisk/.flybackdb_701f6a5c41e6eaf23bede9ae55f3bbc98536786f" GIT_WORK_TREE="/home/andrew" git repack -A -d --max-pack-size=2000 warning: minimum pack size limit is 1 MiB Counting objects: 108688, done. On killing and restarting FThe backup seems to have worked, though I haven't tried restoring any files.

Andrew
