When viewed from the UK on Web 3rd Sept (British Summer Time)

The "Browser" graph is identical to the "UTC" graph. It should be offset by one hour.

(Tested in Firefox and Chrome, on Ubuntu 14.04.)

Also tested on Windows 7 now.
