Switching between to anchor links on IE8 doesn't run.

On Apple Safari console i get this error displayed: Type Error: "undefined" is not an object (evaluating "o.slice") jquery.scrollTo.js:11

It should slice to the next anchor link, but on IE8 it generates an error.
