serialScroll: Ability to access settings after initialisation

Hi there,

I'm a big fan of your various plugins and glad to see them moving to a repository. This feature was discussed a little on your blog.

A method to get the settings object after serialScroll has been run would be great, espcially for using in the onBefore function.

It's already implemented in the trunk (in case you need this). I'll release it asap.
