Please add support for skype URLs: skype:garnet_stone?userinfo skype:garnet_stone?call skype:garnet_stone?chat

I've tried to add support for skype URLs, but it doesn't work.

The problem is Wave can't recognize skype URLs, and will deal them as wave-ids.
