Winds are missing from the card types being displayed

From MacBeth2001 on Kamisasori forums

Egg currently doesn't support Winds. They're a filter field in the deckbuilder, but they completely drop from the decklist after construction for some reason.

He also didn't load a generic one for people without image packs.

Winds should be added to decks and play areas and available in the deck builder.

Added the Winds to the Deck Editor and made generic image for winds.
