The screen is so small that it will always find something to stick to and it just makes it harder to move windows out of the screen (to view more of the window). If wobbly windows is activated the sticky option there should be turned off and if not the sticky windows plugin should be disabled

This isn't really a problem after all. It's only bugging the user if he's using "Extra" Visual Effects (wobbly windows).

Fix: gconftool-2 --set /apps/compiz/plugins/wobbly/allscreens/options/snap_inverted --type bool 0
