Which version of the plugin have you installer?

Also what method did you use to install? - Drop dll in plugin folder. - VSIX install from within VS.

I put CR_BlockPainterPlus.dll in the plugins folder, but not Ninject.dll. I just added that file and now it's working, problem resolved.

No bother. I'd forgotten that that file was required myself.

At least now we have a resource someone else can find if they encounter this issue. When I have a moment I'll see about updating the page for that plugin and making this requirement a bit more obvious :)
