Where is this project going to move to? Bitbucket? Github?

Undetermined at the moment.

I would prefer BitBucket, but it will depend on the import tools, and how much will be lost/has to be done manually.

At the moment: - BitBucket import works, but loses history - GitHub import fails, with just "There was an error importing commits."

What about issue (bug report) migration?

Issue migration looks complicated, long, and ticket ownership/notification info will be lost, I will probably just copy-paste the relevant tickets, as there are not many.
