Allow square-bracket notation for changesets

I know that there is a conflict with a certain regular user's IRC nick -- however, I think it would be worth making a special exception for changeset 530 to add this feature!

I don't have a problem special casing [530] in this case. Besides who would ever want to reference changeset 530... ;)
