Powering "the Desk Wide Web" with a platform for devising desktop applications from web content.
Tentative roadmap for the project includes devising utilities for making it easier to create such applications, as opposed to the command-line steps as outlined in the README; see http://code.google.com/p/deskml/issues/detail?id=6
A use case would be to take an html file and corresponding folder that get saved when you choose to save a page from your browser, and convert them into a single executable file
