What is the expected output? What do you see instead? content get redrawn but all curved borders are lost. sort of works in compatibility mode but not perfectly.

htc file v2 updated with IE8 support. Please check and let me know if still having issue. IE8 is not taking width given in %. That was the issue. Fount a workaround and updated.
