couchdb4j - issue #8

_all_docs_by_update_seq is now _all_docs_by_seq

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. create a DataBase object and call getAllDocuments(int revision) on it 2. 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? NPE (unless the patch ID 6 is applied)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? trunk, couchdb trunk and couchdb 0.7.2 (SuSE 10.2)

Please provide any additional information below. couchdb has changed _all_docs_by_update_seq is now _all_docs_by_seq
