couchdb4j - issue #3

trunk does not work with couchdb trunk

Due to several changes in the CouchDB API, several of the JUnit test cases will fail. This patch contains the minimal changes needed for passing the tests.

Integrated the patch... Thanks a lot. I'm happy that someone was tracking the CouchDB API changes :)
