What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. start coturn with default configuration 2. call turnutils_uclient -T -n 50 -l 10000 host 3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I see Total lost packets 100 (100.000000%)
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Linux32, Version Coturn-4.2.1.2

Posted on Jun 28, 2015 by Happy GiraffeI tested it on several systems (BSDs and Linuxes) with the latest version and I could not reproduce the problem. This is the output that I have on a Linux Mint:

Posted on Jun 28, 2015 by Quick Giraffecan you please try on remote turn server, not installed on local computer?
Posted on Jun 28, 2015 by Happy GiraffeWe want to separate the network issues from the TURN server / TURN client issues, right ? That's why I was intentiallt running it locally. If it works locally and does not work remotely, then this is a network problem.
Posted on Jun 28, 2015 by Quick GiraffeOK, but why do we have even that Total lost packets 715 (1.430000%) ?
Posted on Jun 28, 2015 by Happy GiraffeBecause the network load could not be handled in full by the particular kernel and the hardware. Just too high data rate. That's 50 x 10000 x 50 = 25000000 bytes per second that is 200Mbits per second.
