LTE not auto-connecting after activation

Chrome Version: 26.0.1410.30 (WebKit 537.31) OS Version: 3701.47.0 x86_64 Type of computer: Pixel

I tested this three times in a row. We are not automatically connecting to Verizon Wireless after activation. However, after we successfully connect for the first time, the auto-connect checkbox get selected.

stevenjb and I just tested again, and it worked this time. I'll reopen when/if I repro again.
