What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Rearrange chrome bar to the side (e.g. left) 2. Produce a notification that will show up in the new notification area (e.g. by clicking on the notification icon) 3. -

What is the expected output? The popup should show directly next to the notification area.

What do you see instead? The popup sometimes appears too low (in vertical axis)
