It would be nice if there were a manifest.json + 24x24 and 128x128 PNG icons in Downloads for use in Chrome's new App functionality.

A CRX would be even nicer but when I tried to package the Google Maps sample as one and install it Chrome barfed at me so I guess that isn't working yet?
