What is the expected output? What do you see instead? i would probably get to see the choices for the OSes instead, i get the window with the choice AND another window in front of that one showing nothing at all, having the same title as the wanted one ("select operating system")

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? i'm on ubuntu karmic 64bit(both of the following computers), and i have used the latest version of the theme (and burg) on one computer and the latest version of burg and the previous version of the theme on another computer. both have the same problem

This is most likely caused by previous changes in 40_custom, you can try the new install guild described in:
