User information for manual steps should be captured

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Enable Jenkins security (doesn't matter which type) 2. Configure a pipeline with two jobs, where the second job requires a manual trigger 3. Start the pipeline 4. When the fist job completes, login to Jenkins 5. Now trigger the second job in the pipeline

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? - The job details do not show who triggered the manual step - The job details should show who triggered the manual step

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? - Jenkins 1.446 - Build Pipeline Plugin 1.2.4-ALPHA
