I installed it and Controller for All and when I had done that it stopped working and now I'm getting the "Bluetooth Not Available" now whenever I try to use bluetooth and I even have BTStack uninstalled.

if you have uninstalled BTstack, and Bluetooth is still not working after a reboot, your Bluetooth is most likely (physically) broken. This would then be a coincidence and not caused by installing BTstack. Sorry.
