BTstack Mouse: freezes a few moments and then works again

Posted on Apr 8, 2011 by Quick Bird

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. It works a few seconds and freezes a few seconds 2. 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? I am on the iPad 4.2.1

Please provide any additional information below.

does it stop right after connecting? and works fine a few seconds later? Is it ok, if you just wait for 5 seconds after connect before moving the mouse?

@Matthias.ringwald I trie with your solution, but, still no working. It works a few seconds and freezes a few seconds all the time.

It seems to be disconnected and reconnected. It acts like a mouse cord with the broken wire

Hi,

I have the same problem with my genius navigator 905 BT and my ipad 2 Wifi 16Gb 4.3.3 and my iphone 4 4.1

I tried all you say and it freezes all the time, then functions, then freezes...

Please help us.

I bought this mouse to use exclusively with my ipad and I can´t replace it because it works perfectly in a Pc(Xp,Vista,W7 tested). It´s horrible

Thanks in advance.
