Unable to type Chinese characters into the whiteboard text box

With pinyin from windows I can't type Chinese characters. The pinyin just remain disable.

As a workaround you should be able to write the Chinese characters in any other editor, then copy-and-paste them into the text field. See related post

I was trying this: https://www.wiziq.com/Virtual_Classroom.aspx demo version. In there I was experiencing same problem too. Hope you will get more idea about that issue.

We don't have any interaction with WizIQ as they are not open source. Hopefully, if we fix the issue on our end they can benefit from our work and improve their product too.

No update. For now, the work-around is to cut-and-paste the text from another editor.
