Patch: Create a output mode grouping results by revision

  • Create AbstractOutput class
  • Create --mode command line option

    * Move existing code to a BuilderOutput class

I don't know if --mode=revisions is useful, but the patch prepares the code for new output modes (email? irc bot?).
