bbreport - issue #20

fix for new buildbot URL

bbreport doesn't work anymore since the buildbots URL is outdated. Here is a fix.

Actually, the base URL should be http://buildbot.python.org/, not http://buildbot.python.org/all/xmlrpc/. Sorry for that.
